Centrifugal Moisture Separators
Bulk liquid out of your air by centrifugal force, with no element to replace.
Liquid water and oil condense as your air cools, travelling as droplets, wall films and slugs. Our centrifugal moisture separator spins the air so liquid and coarse dirt are flung to the wall and drained away, after your aftercooler or intercoolers, or ahead of a machine. With nothing to clog, its pressure drop stays constant.

Oil Water Separator
Turns oily compressor condensate into water fit for sewer discharge.
Condensate from lubricated compressors carries oil, and in many places it may not go to drain untreated. Our oil water separator settles out free oil, then passes the water through oleophilic media and activated carbon, so it can go to sewer within your local oil limits. Gravity does the work, and no power is needed.

Zero-Loss Electronic Drain
Discharges every drop of condensate from your system, never your compressed air.
Condensate collects all through your system, and every collection point needs a drain. Our zero-loss electronic drain senses the liquid level in its reservoir and opens only when condensate is present, closing while water still seals the valve. Discharge follows your condensate load automatically, and an alarm contact reports a drain that cannot empty.

Timer Drain
Scheduled, positive condensate discharge from any collection point in your system.
Rust, scale and oily sludge collect with the condensate in your separators, receivers and drip legs. Our timer drain opens a solenoid valve at a set interval, for a set time, and system pressure blasts the lot out. It works on time alone, so you can confirm it by sight or sound.

Mechanical Float Drain
Buoyancy-driven condensate removal with no power and no air loss.
Every separator, receiver, filter and drip leg needs its condensate removed, often where power is impractical. Our mechanical float drain lets the liquid do the work: rising condensate lifts a float that opens the valve, and the valve closes while liquid still covers the seat. Condensate leaves, and your compressed air stays in.

Vacuum Drain
Empties liquid from your vacuum system without breaking the vacuum.
Liquid will not drain from a vessel under vacuum, because an open valve lets air in and holds the liquid back. Our vacuum drain uses an airlock: liquid fills a small chamber at system vacuum, the chamber is isolated and opened to atmosphere, and the liquid runs out. Your suction points keep working throughout.
